Refund policy
At Gopresso, we take pride in offering top-quality portable coffee machines designed for convenience and durability. To ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in our products, we provide a 1-year limited warranty on all Gopresso machines, covering any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies exclusively to products purchased through our official website, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Our warranty covers any defects that occur under normal usage, including electrical and mechanical failures. If a customer experiences an issue covered by the warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective unit at no additional cost. However, the warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidental drops, water damage, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or the use of non-compatible accessories or coffee pods. To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase along with a detailed description of the issue and supporting images or videos by contacting our customer service team.
In addition to our warranty, we offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and manuals. Customers who wish to return their purchase must first contact our support team for approval. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition upon delivery, customers must notify us immediately. In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.
Orders placed through our official sales channels are processed within 1–2 business days, and we currently ship exclusively within Lebanon. Delivery times vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
