By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Product Information
We do our best to display product details, images, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur due to updates or improvements.
2. Orders
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. For Cash on Delivery (COD), payment must be made in fresh US dollars at the time of delivery.
4. Shipping
We currently offer free shipping across Lebanon. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
5. Returns & Exchanges
You may return your product within 5 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.
To request a return, please contact us via Instagram DM or through our website.
Note: Used products are not eligible for return or refund.
6. Warranty
Each Gopresso machine is tested before shipping. If your product is defective upon arrival, please reach out within 48 hours for an exchange.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used to process and deliver your order. We never share your data with third parties.
